ABB drives bring waterwheel project to life

CAPTION: When it is completed, the installation in Turin will consist of about 80 waterwheels like the one pictured here, each one producing 132 kilowatts (kW) of emission-free hydropower. The wheels will have a combined generating capacity of around 10,560 kW, enough to power 10,000 Italian homes.
